Renée Perry and Tom Garner founded East Hill Edible Gardening in spring 2014 as a way to promote backyard homesteading and food production in the local community. Renée has more than thirty years organic gardening experience, has established numerous gardens, and has personally grown over 200 species of edible plants. She is currently the Vice President of the Pensacola Organic Gardeners’ Club. Tom has more than twenty years organic gardening experience and is the immediate past President of the Pensacola Organic Gardeners’ Club. Together Renée and Tom have taught over 650 students their cutting edge organic gardening techniques.
